A law firm seeks a Foreclosure Litigation Attorney to join its team in Pompano Beach, FL. This role involves representing community associations in foreclosure and collections matters, requiring courtroom advocacy, case management, and legal expertise in litigation. This is an in-office position with flexible arrangements as needed.

Duties:

• Represent community associations in foreclosure and collections litigation.
• Manage foreclosure cases from inception through resolution, including courtroom advocacy.
• Draft and file legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with clients, providing updates and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the litigation process.
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines in a high-volume caseload.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Attend court hearings and represent clients in legal proceedings.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in foreclosure and collections litigation.
• Strong litigation skills, including courtroom advocacy experience.
• Admission to the Florida State Bar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle a high-volume caseload efficiently.
• Reside within a reasonable commuting distance to the Pompano Beach office.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Florida Bar membership is required.
