Litigation Paralegal The candidate will perform a broad range of duties under the supervision of our attorneys. Principal responsibilities will include case management during all phases of the litigation process (case initiation, discovery, trial, and appeals), case calendaring, document management, filing and serving court documents, factual and legal research, and preparing attorneys for depositions, hearings and trials. Must have working knowledge of the California and Federal court rules and procedures. A Bachelor's degree and/or a certificate of completion from a paralegal program and 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience are required. Must have experience working with litigation applications, including Livenote, and Relativity. Trial and electronic discovery experience is preferred.
