Legal Assistant - Senior Sale Monitoring Duties: Review of all land records, Register of Deeds, Court and Bankruptcy to determine lien position in multiple states. Provide prompt, accurate, and complete updates to lender throughout process. Communicate with other attorney offices. Facilitate Bid at senior lien sales. Monitor senior liens throughout confirmation period, facilitate upset bid if necessary. Facilitate payment of successful bid funds. Recording of Trustee’s Deeds and RFN. Prepare surplus funds recovery documentation. Monitor and update all lender systems.

Qualification and Experience

Requirements: Currently, in good standing with the Firm. Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task. Must be adaptable and quick to learn. Navigate lender systems. Work with a sense of urgency. Must be able to meet strict deadlines and adhere to various lender metrics. Basic knowledge of Title and overall Foreclosure process. Effective communication skills with the additional ability to work with different personalities and methods. Comprehensive knowledge of Caseware.
