Intellectual Property Litigation Associate
The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience with patents and related complex technology litigation. A technical degree (., electrical engineering, computer science/engineering) and significant experience handling substantive patent issues and ability to learn underlying technology is strongly preferred. Should have superior written and oral communication skills, a desire for teamwork and excellent academic credentials. Must also be comfortable working in a busy practice and with client interaction.
