Tax Manager, International Duties: Assist partners on international clients with all facets of international tax consulting and compliance Qualify Control; work directly with clients on international matters; performing international tax research and planning for clients of the firm; exposure to various international specialties in our industry, for example, transfer pricing planning, implementation, and documentation; foreign businesses expanding to the U.S.; US businesses expanding internationally; inbound real estate investments; investment, Hedge, and PE fund structuring; foreign “Voluntary Disclosure” projects; IP migration strategies; Expatriate and inpatriate tax planning; international tax compliance review for outbound and inbound clients and businesses; foreign tax credit analysis and documentation FDII and GILTI planning; Value Added Tax and indirect tax; Crypto asset planning; Assist with business development/identify opportunities.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: BA/BS degree in accounting and/or Masters degree in taxation; CPA license or JD required; must have 5+ years recent US tax experience; must have 4+ years of experience in public accounting with a focus in International Tax; must have 3+ years of US tax consulting/compliance experience in public accounting; experience with International Tax compliance including, forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858 and 1118. Written tax advice for the client; strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; strong research, writing, and analytical skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience in the delivery of quality client service.
