Real Estate Paralegal/Closer The candidate will manage the entire closing process for residential and commercial closings. Primary duties will include, drafting and processing legal documents and professional correspondence; scheduling closing; performing all post-closing procedures including the recording and filing of closing documents, disbursement of funds, preparation and delivery of closing packages, and monitoring and ensuring the timely filing of lenders' lien releases and satisfactions; communicating efficiently and professionally with all clients, buyers, sellers, lenders, title company representatives, attorneys, paralegals, and other third parties; organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files; provide administrative assistance and paralegal support for attorneys. The ideal candidate will be a team player that demonstrates excellent organization, communication and time management skills, attention to detail, a client-focused approach, and the ability to work well under pressure while producing consistent and high-quality work. We would prefer someone with real estate or other real estate experience but may be willing to train the right candidate who is interested in building a long-term paralegal career in Wilmington.
