Associate General Counsel - Litigation and Compliance The candidate will report to the Vice President and Associate General Counsel - Litigation and Compliance. Will oversee litigation and compliance across the Corporation, including False Claims Act and other significant litigation, government investigations, bid protests, administrative proceedings, and internal investigations conducted under privilege. Supervise the Corporation's responses to Civil Investigative Demands and subpoenas. Collaborate with the Business Areas on litigation strategy and in defending the Corporation's interests in litigation and investigations. Ensure the Corporation's compliance with the FAR Mandatory Disclosure rule. Conduct and direct privileged internal investigation. Seek admission to bid protest protective orders and supervise outside counsel's representation of the Corporation in protests before the GAO and the Court of Federal Claims. Help the Vice President & Associate General Counsel - Litigation and Compliance assess, mitigate, and report on litigation and compliance risk.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have a J.D. degree. Should be admitted to practice law, and member in good standing, in at least one state. Must have 12+ years of litigation and compliance experience. Should have experience with major litigation and investigations involving the federal government. Senior-level government experience and familiarity with government contracts is desired.
