"Practice in Achieving Goals"

Current Employee - Reviewed on September 02, 2017

I think something as simple as the partners offering the associates better bonuses and incentives could help with motivation during times when we have to work long hours.

Pros : The culture here is great. Attorneys like me are motivated by our superiors due to their willingness to help out. We also have access to great resources to get our jobs done. There are also good amenities in the work place.
Cons : The work load can be a bit much sometimes. And it gets busier during certain parts of the year. Something like this makes sense though because of how much care we put into our work.
