Will draft and respond to correspondence. Prepare pleadings, financial disclosures, mediation and trial briefs. Propound and respond to discovery. Telephone and in-person contact with clients, opposing counsel and the courts. Take and defend depositions. Attend hearings in person and via Microsoft Teams. Prepare witness questions for evidentiary hearings, depositions and trials. Track billable time. Assist the supervising attorney in all phases of the practice. Must be admitted to and in good standing with the California Bar.
