Duties:

• Manage a diverse caseload involving liability defense and insurance coverage matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare comprehensive legal documents.
• Represent clients in court and during arbitration proceedings.

• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and legal advice.
• Engage in negotiations and settlement discussions.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York Bar is required; NJ Bar admission is also necessary, and PA Bar admission is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, particularly in liability defense and insurance coverage.
• Strong research and analytical skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the New York Bar and New Jersey Bar (PA Bar preferred).

Skills:

• Proficient in legal research tools such as Westlaw.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
