Management at this firm needs to be more consistent. If management cannot run a law firm then it will fail and people will leave.Pros : I had a great experience working at Butzel Long. The training was done very well and I really felt I had a strong grasp on the position. The pay is also pretty good compared to other firms in the area. I also really liked the hours 9-5.
