Short Hills office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks commercial litigation associate attorney with 3-5 years of legal experience and proven ability to manage complex litigation and investigations. The candidate will be working collaboratively with the partners and clients and are key members of the team. Will be drafting and preparing briefs, pleadings, motions, and other documents for court cases and arbitrations. Conducting legal research and writing memoranda. Managing complex disputes, including running discovery. Taking and defending depositions and related work with witnesses and experts. Working on all aspects of disputes from inception through trial and appeal where relevant. Supporting the team on business development and other litigation-related matters as needed. Deposition and court experience are preferred. Federal District Court or Appellate clerkship is a plus. Class action litigation experience is a plus. Must be licensed to practice law and be in good standing in the State of New Jersey; also, being licensed to practice law in the State of New York is a plus.
