The candidate should have 2-6 years of experience to join Mergers & Acquisitions practice focusing on private equity transactions and M&A. Should have Sophisticated law firm experience on complex corporate or finance matters. Will be conducting and summarizing legal due diligence. Preparing agreements and/or ancillary documentation for corporate governance matters, mergers & acquisition transactions, banking or capital markets work. Interacting with subject matter experts and junior resources, and managing closings. Should have excellent written and oral communication skills, superior analytical skills and the ability to manage client engagements. Should have excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities and assume a high degree of responsibility. Should have strong academic credentials.
