Contract Senior Manager The candidate will be responsible for a variety of legal and contract-related deliverables, including negotiating and drafting MSAs, Subcontractor agreements, SOWs, etc. – to support the company’s subscription and solution implementation activities. Works closely with Sales, Professional Services and Finance to ensure accuracy, minimize contract and operational risk, and prepare a quality final product. Draft and negotiate contract documentation (including 3rd party paper). Contribute to the company’s clause library. Train internal stakeholders on processes and best practices. Liaise with all departments to constantly improve legal support and drive deal efficiency. Must have 5-7 years of contract management/administration experience (Paralegal, JD or MBA preferred). Should have significant familiarity with legal issues surrounding software licensing and subscription service agreements. Domain experience in software for either CPQ (Configure Price Quote), Contract Management, Proposal Management or is a plus.
