Responsibilities Manage files from inception to trial Take depositions Draft motions Appear in court Medical record review Client reporting

Qualification and Experience Requirements: 3 years of insurance defense litigation and general liability exposure experience Demonstrable track record of success in liability defense Experience and facility with medical records NY Bar required. Preferred but not required: Trial experience Commercial automobile (bus fleets)
