Litigation Secretary/Paralegal The candidate supports matters throughout California in both state and federal courts. Experience in trial court writs and appeals is required, the position is full time with a generous benefits package. Associate degree required, BA or BS preferred. Should have 15+ years experience. Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize. Knowledge of state and federal court civil filings, including e-filings and remote filings in Superior Courts and Courts of Appeal is needed. Must have excellent computer, communication skills. Experience with Word 2013, including TOCs and TOAs, Adobe and Outlook required. Experience with TimeSlips, iManage/FileSite, Best Authority and Vision calendaring software helpful.
