Senior Import / Export Analyst The candidate will obtain all necessary export licenses, permits, and make export control classifications and technology release determinations. Will provide training and guidance on import/export control matters for your assigned businesses. Support investigations of compliance matters as well as audits and implementation of necessary corrective actions. Manage licensing and provide guidance on compliance for a business with a diverse portfolio of both military and commercial products. Must have Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Should have working knowledge of export regulations (ITAR - International traffic in arms regulations, EAR - Export Administration Regulations, OFAC - Office of Foreign Assets Control). Must have experience in drafting and submitting export license and applications and other submissions (eg. agreements, commodities jurisdictions). Some experience in Contracts, Law, Engineering, Integrated Supply Chain, Program Management, etc. preferred. Advanced degree (Masters, JD, PhD) a plus. Some knowledge of U.S. export control laws and regulations (ITAR, EAR, OFAC, FTR, etc.), especially knowledge of US encryption controls desired. Some experience in EAR export licensing and CCATS applications preferred.
