Litigation Paralegal Candidate will prepare, edit and proofread a variety of documents, e.g. correspondence, agreements and pleadings. Coordinate and schedule meeting, depositions and conference calls, sends calendar invites and reminders, reserves conference rooms. Track deadlines and status of cases/matters, and update attorneys on court deadline. At request of attorneys, provide follow up and interact with clients, outside counsel and others. Prepare draft notices, contact court clerks and other office duties as necessary. Maintain confidential information in a professional and trustworthy manner. Coordinate electronic research agreements with accounting office. Answer telephones taking detailed messages. Perform Secretarial/ Administrative assistant tasks as required.

Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience. Familiar with creating table of contents and authorities as well as formatting motions, complaints and other pleading, primarily for state court filings. Knowledge of hard filing pleadings and motions and serving parties. Manage and assist with complex document production. Proficient in E-filing in State court and Federal court ECF electronic filing for District and 9th Circuits. Must have a proficiency in Microsoft office, and Adobe Acrobat as well as good verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Abacus Law programs a plus.
