Summer Internship Interns will gain experience with the legislative process and the operations of the senator’s office by working with staff on issues and interacting with constituents. Will be given a variety of tasks, including to: conducting legislative research, assisting with correspondence, attending hearings and briefings and performing general administrative duties. Interns in state offices support office staff by working to address constituent concerns, performing legislative research and assist with special projects and events. College sophomores, juniors and seniors can apply. Preference will be given to candidates who are from North Dakota or attend an in state college or university. Duration: May – August.
