Contract Health Care Attorney The candidate should have 6+ years of experience with health care compliance and regulatory work including the following: HIPAA compliance and data breach response; Health technology contracting; Medicare and Medicaid; Stark and anti-kickback analysis; Managed care contracting and general health care regulatory knowledge. Possess strong academic credentials and writing skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. Law firm experience is strongly preferred. Membership in good standing to a U.S. Bar is required.
