Min 5 yrs required
Corporate Paralegal The candidate must have experience in corporate, LLC and partnership formation, dissolution, mergers and corporate maintenance. Will be responsible for organizing due diligence projects, document ordering and filing, preparing closing binders, conducting on-line corporate and UCC research and drafting corporate minutes. Fluency in Spanish is desired. Must be a highly motivated self-starter with excellent writing, analytical, technical, organizational and administrative skills. Must have the ability to handle multiple projects and changing priorities and work independently, as well as part of a team. Must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, determine priorities, plan, organize and follow through with minimal supervision. Must be computer proficient in a Windows environment. Excel and PowerPoint skills a plus. Should have 4 year degree, Paralegal Certificate from ABA approved program and 5+ years’ experience in major law firm and/or legal department.
