Attorney The candidate will Direct and/or supervise compliance team members and paralegals in the legal department. Will respond to Commission complaints and concerns. Ensure sales teams are making sales in compliance with all laws Gather evidence and information for management decision making. Act as an agent of Firm Energy in various transactions. Confer with colleagues with specialty in areas of law to establish and verify basis for legal personnel. Apply for copyrights or registration of Firm Energy’s products, processes, devices, and trademarks, advising to initiate or defend law suits. Subsidiary management. License filings and upkeep of regulatory filing for the business. Assist with mergers and acquisitions, other corporate transactions. Assist with public company securities filings. Should have completion of law school with an LLB degree or JD degree and admission to the Bar. 1-4 years of experience in legal field is required. Outstanding interpersonal relationship skills are required.
