The candidate will negotiate and draft complex financial lending transactions. Will focus in structured finance, leveraged finance, secularization or similar finance practice. Must have 2-6 years of experience. Should have experience in representing lenders and borrowers in a variety of complex financings. Prior experience in a large law firm setting is preferred.
