  • Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in patent litigation.
  • Demonstrated experience with trial preparation, motions, depositions, and discovery management.
  • Experience with Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and International Trade Commission (ITC) proceedings is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and writing skills.
  • Excellent academic credentials with a law degree from an accredited institution.
  • A proactive approach with a desire to excel in a dynamic law firm environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the State Bar of California.
  • Admission to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is preferred.
