The candidate will provide legal representation in immigration, naturalization, and citizenship concerns in criminal, family, employment, and business matters. Will handle a demanding caseload, and accommodate unanticipated spikes in workload while maintaining flexibility under pressure required. Bilingual in Spanish is required. Multilingual is a plus. Admission to a State Bar is required. Additional Bars is a plus, preference for NJ and PA. Litigation experience is a plus. Overlapping experience handling criminal and business matters a plus. Should have a portable book of business.
