Legal Analyst
The candidate will work as a part of the Data and Technology Advocates (DATA) team. Will coordinate and complete key projects on high-profile, complex litigation matters, both individually with a focus on electronic discovery tasks and as part of a broader litigation team. Manage and track data from the collection phase through the production phase of the EDRM model for both active and inactive custodians. Organize and report on data contained within various litigation databases (e.g., Relativity, Nuix Discover). Work with database users to ensure they are adequately trained on and utilize database tools available to them. Work closely with dynamic internal and external counsel and vendor teams, to provide assistance in the areas of engagement, oversight, and budgets.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have an Associate's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution. Must have 3 years of combined experience as a legal analyst and/or paralegal in a private, public, government, or military environment. Should have litigation experience within a law firm, corporate, or public sector setting. Must have extensive knowledge and experience with large-scale discovery on complex litigation and/or regulatory matters in the US and internationally. Database administrator experience on litigation platforms such as Relativity, Nuix Discover, and Disco is required. The ability to work closely with vendors, counsel, and legal professionals to achieve desired results is needed. Should have extensive knowledge and experience using MS Office programs.
