The candidate will gather, analyze, and research information and documents. Educate the client on case progression and set appropriate client expectations. Escalate issues to the attorney as necessary. Monitor negotiations and offers. Coordinate client sign-outs. Communicate and correspond with clients, lien holders, providers and others in the legal community. Maintain client files. Calculate and manage deadlines. Review, analyze and summarize case files and medical records. Review, draft and file legal documents such as discovery responses, motions, complaints, and other pleadings for attorneys. Assist attorneys with preparation of cases for trial. Attend trial with attorneys and assisting throughout trial. Prepare various legal documents. Other duties as assigned. Bachelor’s Degree is required. Should have 5+ years of Personal Injury (Plaintiff) experience. Litigation experience is required. Complex Litigation and Personal Injury experience is a plus. Paralegal Certification is preferred.
