Senior Associate, State and Local Tax
Duties: Support multi-state companies with state and local income tax compliance. Help clients with tax issues related to state and local income and franchise taxes. Prepare state income and franchise tax estimated payments, extensions, and tax returns. Assist in handling notices received from state tax authorities. Review state income and franchise tax estimated payments, extensions, and tax returns.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Master's degree from an accredited college/university preferred; Bachelor's degree with requisite hours to pursue CPA certification or JD/LLM. Must have 1+ years of experience preparing state income tax returns and providing technical advice on multi-state tax issues. Ability to foster relationships both internally as well as with clients. Excellent writing, compliance, communication, and tax research skills. Capability and desire to perform in a high-energy team environment. Must have 3+ years of experience preparing state income tax returns and providing technical advice on multi-state tax issues. State income tax return review experience is desired.
