Job Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on estate planning matters.
• Draft legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on estate planning strategies.
• Represent clients in probate proceedings and estate administration matters.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on complex cases.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations in all estate planning activities.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Ohio State Bar (active and in good standing).
• Experience practicing law, preferably in estate planning.
• Proven track record in handling estate planning cases from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of probate law, tax law, and related legal principles.
