Buffalo office of our client seeks health law attorney with 3+ years of experience. The candidate should have experience dealing with Federal and New York State health law regulatory issues (such as the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Stark Law, the False Claims Act, similar state laws fraud and abuse and licensure issues) as well as transactional matters (such as preparation, review and negotiation of contracts and corporate documents for healthcare providers). Experience in non-profit and tax exemption issues, administrative proceedings, or in reimbursement/compliance issues for health systems, hospitals, long term care providers, managed care organizations, or medical groups is a plus.
