Temporary E-Discovery Attorney (Spanish Fluency) Duties: Conducts document reviews using various litigation software tools. In addition to responsiveness, privilege and key document reviews, e-Discovery attorneys also assist with ESI collections, privilege log preparation, special discovery projects, deposition and trial preparation. Assist with an estimated month long project reviewing both English and Spanish language documents and who will be engaged on a project basis and paid on an hourly rate for hours worked.

Qualification and Experience

Requirements: JD Degree. Must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice. Strong academic credentials, large law firm experience and prior electronic document review experience preferred. Foreign language proficiency a plus. Experience with a variety of different litigation support tools (such as Concordance, Ringtail, Relativity, Recommind, Autonomy, Kroll or Nuix) preferred. Strong verbal and written communications skills. Proficient in MS suite of software including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Strong work ethic and commitment to providing high quality legal service to clients. A high level of fluency reading and writing Spanish language legal material required. Prior large-scale document review experience strongly preferred. Ability to substantively review documents using various litigation support software tools.

The firm should work on having events in which more staff would be open to participating. Retreats, potlucks, or meet and greets would seem like a great way to be able to meet more of the staff which has not met other staff and employees in the office.

Pros : A law firm in which staff and employees work alongside together and have created a pleasant environment. The firm offers benefits. The staff is respectful.
Cons : Part of the firm is not on the same page. Some of the employees do not open themselves to working in the same pleasant environment. There needs to be more staff hired.
