Bilingual Corporate Paralegal Madison, WI Full Time Elevated Lawyers Mid Level Elevate’s Customer, a Leader and Innovator in Direct Sales and Marketing, seeks a Bilingual Corporate Paralegal with a can-do attitude to work in their Madison, WI office. This is a great opportunity with a reputable administrative service organization with a proven track record of helping businesses grow. They provide essential support services to independent distributors including: order processing, consumer financing, warehousing and distribution. Specifically you will be: Investigates, and works with attorney in the enforcement of IP violations by third parties. Receives, uploads to legal system(s), and investigates customer complaints. Works with attorney and business departments to resolve and draft responses. Provide administrative support to U.S. Corporate Attorney, including assistance with Litigation, memoranda, and scheduling. Maintains accurate records of all contracts that come through Legal Department; reviews to ensure compliance with Contract Approval Policy; ensure final executed contract is received. Maintain and/or create customer complaint, litigation, IP infringement, and other reports consistent with company policies and as needed. Maintain records of subpoenas received by company; draft responses. Provides back-up support for other teammates as needed. Understands and adheres to legal/compliance standards included in corporate policies and accepts ownership for accomplishing existing tasks that fulfill legal/compliance requirements. Reports compliance violations when identified. Skills for Success: Claim handling experience Excellent communications skills Detail-oriented Fluently bilingual in English and Spanish Experience: 1 to 3 years of previous related work experience. Qualifications: Basic- Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school. Preferred- Bachelor degree from an accredited four-year organization/university.
