Job Overview: A law firm specializing in gaming law is seeking a Mid to Senior-Level Gaming Associate Attorney to support litigation and regulatory matters for gaming industry clients in Cherry Hill, NJ.

Duties:

• Represent gaming industry clients in litigation and regulatory proceedings, including consumer class action lawsuits, gambling loss recovery actions, mass arbitrations, and state Attorney General and Gambling Commission actions and investigations.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and regulatory filings.
• Provide legal counsel to clients on gaming law compliance issues and risk management strategies.
• Assist in negotiations and settlements with opposing parties and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
• Experience practicing law, preferably with a focus on gaming law.
• Proven track record of handling complex litigation matters in the gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of state and federal gaming laws and regulations.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
