We seek a Healthcare Associate Attorney to join a well-regarded law firm's healthcare practice in Atlanta, GA. This role is ideal for a litigation attorney with 2-4 years of experience and interested in engaging with complex legal issues in the healthcare sector.

Duties:

• Represent clients in healthcare-related litigation
• Conduct legal research and analysis to inform case strategies
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Attend and participate in court hearings and trials
• Collaborate with clients and team members to develop effective legal solutions

Requirements:

• 2+ years of litigation experience
• Admitted to practice law in Georgia
• Previous experience in the managed care industry is a plus, but not mandatory
• Strong academic credentials

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in Georgia
