Legal Assistant The candidate will assist and provide a range of legal and administrative support to lawyers and other legal department professionals. Notarizing and producing high quality legal and professional documents. Preparing, coordinating, and reviewing legal documents as well as maintenance of legal files and records. Managing documents electronically for archival purposes. Sorting and shipping documents to the appropriate legal firms. NY Notary required (must be a notary at the time of starting this position). Note: This contract-to-hire position is anticipated to start in April and it is expected to last at least 3 months.
