ProfileAgency Strategy & Operations Specialist The candidate will work in a fun, fast paced and fluid environment. Will bring a creative mindset, detail oriented focus, and strategic acumen in your approach to building and growing long term business partnerships across brands and their media and marketing partners. Will support our agency partner team in structuring, drafting, and negotiating large commercial agreements and upfront agreements with key advertising partners. Will closely with legal, finance, policy, and ad ops team to structure and negotiate governing terms agreements for advertising campaigns. Structure, monitor, and manage procedures for IO order committal and quality assurance. Will manage multiple, concurrent negotiations across multiple regional offices. Will maintain quality and best practices while working with both internal sales teams as well as advertising partners, including driving standardization of processes.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate must have BA/BS; MBA and/or JD preferred. Should have 6+ years experience in digital media space, preferably with a focus on negotiating complex commercial agreements, upfront agreements, and governing terms agreements. Contract drafting experience is highly relevant and applicable to this role. Should have experience evaluating and providing strategic business input on proposed business opportunities and deal structures. Should have experience working effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally). Must be highly detail oriented, analytical, strategic business thinker that is solutions focused and has a strong work ethic. Should also have strong presentation and communication skills. Should have ability to lead and manage multiple projects and negotiations across both internal and external teams concurrently while maintaining attention to details and quality.
