Paralegal Duties: Serve as liaison between Ramsey Solutions and Contractor Preferred Agencies. Establish expectations regarding agency performance and interaction with Ramsey Solutions. Network and establish new relationships with other agencies. Understand upcoming hiring needs of our businesses and recruit potential contractors who fit those needs and prepare Statement of Work (SOW). Assist businesses with forecasting contract labor spending based on contractual commitments. Facilitate the life cycle of Ramsey Solutions contract labor and intake process for contractor requests. Ensure the contract labor onboarding/offboarding processes are followed consistently and in a timely manner. Approve contractor time sheets and reconcile invoices with time sheets and SOWs before processing. Serve as main point of contact for contractor payment inquiries and/or invoice discrepancies. Work with HR to establish a collaborative document library for all contract labor contracts as well as intake and onboarding paperwork. Schedule all cultural interviews. Maintain and update contract labor roster. Retire contract labor records by moving into archives pursuant to a schedule. Facilitate the contract labor background screening process. Facilitate key fob access and create all name badges for onsite contractors.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Paralegal background preferred or relevant work experience related to procurement and contract labor management. Self-driven and motivated requiring minimal supervision. Negotiating skills with experience negotiating agreements. Ability to collaborate, communicate, influence, and get results with effective planning and prioritization. Strong verbal and written communications skills .
