Qualification and Experience
Qualifications and Education Requirements College degree and/or paralegal certificate required. Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with shifting priorities. Must have strong MS Office skills and be highly skilled at document editing, writing, and project management. Must be able to work independently to manage legal projects and handle multiple tasks while satisfactorily meeting deadlines. Must have good judgement, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and an interest in learning. This position directly interfaces with clients and attorneys so professionalism and a service mind-set is a must. Previous experience with a corporate and/or commercial real estate practice a plus. Must maintain good public relations with clients; observe confidentiality of attorney-client relationship.
