Legal Assistant / Case Manager Duties: For personal injury firm, monitoring and responding to phone, email, fax, text, and digital correspondence. Requesting, submitting, or mailing various documents and correspondence. Management of client and case data via Dropbox, MyCase, and similar programs. Management of clients, including handling some information intake and transcription. General office duties related to operations.

Qualification and Experience

Candidate will be capable of handling a variety of administrative duties, with 1-2 years of administrative or law-firm experience strongly preferred. General proficiency with Google Suite, Word, Adobe and Mac required.
