Partner - General Liability
The candidate will file a review and legal analysis of claims and causes of action. Will have extensive legal research and drafting of substantial briefs, memos, pleadings, and appellate briefs. Regularly representing clients in court, at arbitrations, and in depositions. Drafting and responding to discovery requests. Expert witness retention and collaboration. Trial preparation and attendance. Some travel may be required.

The candidate should have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school. Should preferably have experience in general liability/insurance coverage. Experience in other practice areas is a plus. Experience with trucking, bodily injury and property damage cases is a plus. Admitted to practice in the state of New York, other states a plus. Superior analytical and problem-solving skills essential. Solid research abilities and written and oral communication skills essential. Excellent client skills and telephone manner needed.
