Location:

Duties:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including:
    • Manufacturing Agreements
    • Distribution Agreements
    • Sales Broker Agreements
    • Raw Material Supply Agreements
    • Packaging Supply Agreements
    • Equipment Leases
    • Equipment Purchase Agreements
    • Product Purchase and Sale/Supply Agreements
  • Collaborate with attorneys across multiple office locations to deliver client-focused solutions
  • Provide high-quality legal counsel to clients across diverse industries
  • Actively participate in pro bono and public service initiatives
  • Contribute to firm diversity, equity, and inclusion goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in commercial contracts law
  • Proven ability to draft, negotiate, and review commercial agreements with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong client-service orientation and communication skills
  • Capacity to work effectively as part of a diverse and collaborative team

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in one of the specified locations

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and writing abilities
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
