Corporate Paralegal Duties: Assist in managing the company’s contract management system, uploading contracts, training users, ensuring proper integration with sales systems. Manage the company’s invoice management system. Maintain the company’s litigation and insurance dockets. Support the administration of the company’s record retention policy, including legal holds. Assist in maintaining corporate records and responding to requests for corporate information. Assist with legal department communications, including internal newsletters. Perform other clerical duties such as coordinating and scheduling meetings and conferences, providing information to callers, composing routine correspondence, and reading and routing incoming mail.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: Bachelors Degree Required. Paralegal certification a plus. 3+ years' paralegal experience focused on corporate or business initiatives. PC Skills including (but not limited to) Advanced Word, Excel, Access, and Powerpoint. Strong work ethic and initiative. Must be highly confidential to protect sensitive information. Ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines with accuracy.
