Administrative Paralegal The candidate will provide paralegal, administrative, and secretarial support to the Legal Department. Will be drafting, reviewing, analyzing, and distributing agreements requested for: the Community Tennis division, primarily in connection with marketing efforts and Youth, Adult, and Collegiate tournaments; the Pro Circuit; the National Campus; and overflow support for Player Development and Professional Tennis. Conduct legal research for designated projects. Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative legal support including phone contact, filing, typing, letter drafting, and scheduling for the Legal Department. Assist Coordinator of Contract Compliance with maintaining case files for the department. College degree and paralegal certificate preferred. Should have 1+ year of secretarial/administrative experience in a legal department (firm or corporate in-house). 1 year of paralegal experience required. Knowledge of contract drafting necessary. Must have exceptional organization skills with strong multi-tasking abilities.
