Paralegal Responsibilities: Assisting attorneys with preparing legal documents, including regulatory responses, pleadings, briefs, motions, subpoenas, and discovery-related materials. Managing case files and matter documents through e-Rooms. Ensuring filings and e–filings are in compliance with court and agency rules. Assisting attorneys with discovery, including coordinating the provision of responses to discovery requests. Preparing for administrative proceedings and hearings, including preparation of exhibits and other trial documents and coordinating with witnesses.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Paralegal certificate preferred. 2+ years of litigation experience. Strong organizational skills, particularly with case files/document management, with multiple cases ongoing simultaneously. Advanced technical skills with Excel, Adobe and e-discovery platforms (Relativity, Concordance, SharePoint).
