Chicago office of our client seeks an intellectual property litigation attorney with some experience. The candidate should have experience representing clients in all stages of patent litigation including: pre-filing investigations through appeal; conducting pre-suit due diligence investigations; managing complex discovery and discovery negotiations; assisting in taking and defending depositions; drafting pleadings, motions, and pre-trial briefings; and drafting appeal briefs. Patent Bar registration is preferred. Should have strong research and substantive brief writing skills.
