Legal Assistant Duties: Produce, format and edit presentations, letter, reports and all other client deliverable or correspondence from draft stage to client-ready work. Update and maintain our immigration database. Plan and participate in meetings or conference calls, including scheduling and communication, maintaining information, and preparing and distributing materials. Maintain training documents, including creation of documents and materials for presentations. Provide support to administrative team, and other areas as needed. Review and process incoming documents. Copy, fax, and prepare filings for overnight shipping. Correspond with clients and third-party vendors. Write and edit documents. Update and maintain public and private access files. Maintain case files. Occasional offsite travel within the Financial District.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in international relations, human resources or possess equivalent and relevant professional experience). Administrative or Legal industry experience strongly preferred. Capacities to prioritize, manage, and implement multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Ability to work with ambiguous or unclear requirements, and drive to a successful resolution. A high level of client service acumen and ability to work with all levels of a client’s organization. Strong organization, time management and multi-tasking abilities. Solid analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to formulate and communicate recommendations for improvement. Have the ability to work effectively with others and have great interpersonal skills. Must be willing to accept responsibility and show good judgment, initiative, and resourcefulness. Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
