Litigation Attorney The candidate will join a plaintiff's side employment discrimination firm. Will manage a case load of 40+ discrimination/sexual harassment cases. Must have 5+ years of solid litigation experience and have chaired (1st or 2nd) at least 2 trials. Should have Bar admission in New York and New Jersey. Must have first-hand experience in all aspects of discrimination lawsuits from intake through trial; drafting complaints, EEOC, NYS Division of Human Rights, and Motion Practice. Should be able to handle all discovery, depositions, mediations and settlements. Must know the State and Federal Court systems/procedures. Spanish speaking is preferred.
