Legal Assistant The candidate will provide overall support to Estate and Trust Administration and Probate Litigation Department. Will assist on preparation, scanning and filing of all Court related documents. Preparation of filing instructions for Petitions and Court forms. Schedule Court runners. Preparation of Annual Report of Guardian. Preparation of Annual Accounting. Docket management in conjunction with team members; and Any/all related tasks, as assigned. 3-5 Years of Probate/Legal experience is required; Knowledge of the Probate process, including general Estate administration, Guardianship, Conservatorship, and real estate transfers is a must. Must have strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and effectively to meet deadlines is required. Written/verbal communication skills are critical. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
