Records Management Assistant The candidate will assist the Superfund Division with records management functions by organizing and indexing technical and administrative records. Conduct document processing, research, and database maintenance support in addition to file reviews and searches. Organize and index technical and administrative records and manage digital records collections in the Superfund Records management system. Work with technical staff to assist with record keeping and resolve records management issues. Use word processing, presentation, and email software to communicate with Super fund Division staff. Other general records management duties as assigned. Training on using SEMS (Superfund Enterprise Management System) is needed. Should have BA/BS Degree in law, library science, records management OR Minimum of 5 year(s) of experience in law, library science, records management. Experience required with MS Word, Excel, Copying Machine, Scanner Outlook, Database.
