New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level financial regulatory, derivatives and fintech associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience covering a mix of regulatory and transactional commodities, futures and derivatives matters. The candidate will be working with investment managers, financial institutions, and emerging companies, the group covers a dynamic mix of Dodd-Frank, CFTC, and SEC regulations coupled with derivatives transactions involving commodities, IRS, FX, credit derivatives, futures, and digital assets, and FinTech and crypto trading. Will also work closely with partners across financial regulatory and fintech practices on cutting-edge digital asset trading and infrastructure projects. A keen interest in crypto is a plus. Should have singularly focused expertise in either transactional or regulatory matters who are looking to expand their skill set are also encouraged to apply.
